Hi, I am Marco

Well, we are doing more or less the dame things but with other 
implantation devices.

I have recently read somewhere (maybe BioTechniques?) about a method to 
quantify cells in 3d matrices. 

As far as I can remember they used a fluorescent Hoechst dye (the same 
used to stain DNA) and count with a fluorescent microscope.
