Reverse transcriptase assay, non radioactive ?

Hi,

Has anyone used the Boehringer Mannheim kit for Reverse Transcriptase 
assay, non radioactive ? I am planning to use that in some AIDS research 
but I have no experience with this new kit. Does it work well ?
