I would like to know if anyone can help me with the following: When using lipossomos for transfecting cells, do you observe that the control using liposomes WITHOUT DNA is less (almost not) toxic when compared to lipos.-DNA complexes? If so, why is that? Thanks, Lygia V. Pereira
