Calcium imaging

Hello,

In our lab we want to set up a system for calcium and pH imaging. To test the system, the probes and the 
labeling procedure, I'm looking for a cell line that shows strong and well defined calcium signals upon 
stimulation (and ideally also changes in pH).
Has anyone suggestions or experience?
