Endoreplication/cellular volume/cell cycle

Hello all,

we are working on a plant hormone that we suspect is involved in regulation
of endoreplication/nuclear-cellular volume.

Trouble is that we know nothing about the relationships between these processi.

Is someone kind enough to give us addresses or e-mails or references of
labs dealing whith the endoreplication/cellular volume relationship,
especially.
