Looking for Ph.D. position

My name is Elad Katz and I am a expirenced graduate (Chemistry 
and Physics) from Israel. I am looking for full funded Ph.D. 
position in English-speaking university. My main intrest is the 
interface between inter-cellular signals and intra-cellular events (i.e. 
Cancer, Signal Transduction, Cell Cycle).
I will be able to start from mid-April.
