3D collagen gels

Hi everyone

Is there anyone who has experience with 3D collagen gels, preferable 
with human breast cancer cell lines, but every contribution would be 
of great help to me. Which growth factors should be supplied in which
concentrations to support branching and invasiveness of breast
carcinoma cells? What is the optimal dilution for the collagen solution 
with these cells?
