My apologies if this is a repeat post, but I didn't not see my original post on the newsgroup. I need to grow some human cell lines in pH 6.5 to 6.8 media (if they will tolerate it). I am currently using DMEM (high glucose) and 10% FBS. Any recommendations on media formulations, either commercially available or home-brewed? TIA, Rusnak
