TELL ME EL-4

Hellow

I would like to culture EL-4 or EL-4IL-2 (mouse lymphoma cell) with 90%
RPMI 1640+10% FCS medium.

I would like to know whether in this case,cells growth and expression of IL-2
receptor beta and gamma chain are the same as these culture with 90% DMEM+10% 
house serum medium.

If someone know,tell me please.
