Cloning efficiency of T cell lines

My group works on mammalian cell engineering. I am looking for 
techniques/reagents to increase cloning efficiency of the PEER cell 
line. I have already tried conditionned medium, high serum 
concentration and even IL-2, with limited success.PEER is an acute 
lymphoblastic leukemia of T cell type.
We have many variants of it expressing many interesting genes, but 
most of them have a very poor cloning efficiency.
