Hello to all. This is Changjin Lee. In using ES cell line to purify its membrane bound polysomal RNA, I want to know how many times I should up and down Dounce(B) glass homogenizer. ES cell aggregates doesn't seem to break easily. Do you have any answer or advice? This is applicable to embryonic body... Best Regards
