HELP!!Has anyone any experince with gold labeling using nanogold products

HI

I've been trying to label Fab', fragment of IgG, using monomaleimido 
nanogold which should label one gold particle to one Fab' molecule but 
without much success. I have no problem in producing the fab' but with 
the actual labeling of the Fab'. Has anyone one any experince of this, 
any titbits of info would be gratefully recieved.

Also if you know of any other method of labeling Fab with gold which 
would give a one to one labeling this woould also be of help, a collidal
gold method perhaps.
