Hello does anybody have a decent protocol for anti-p53 staining? (cells, not secs) I've come to methanol/acetone 1:1 15' 25C, then air dry and rehydr w/PBS for fix. Block before 1st Ab (pAb421), 0.2%BSA/PBS for 45-60' Still, non-spec background is much too high. I've tried to block w/NFDM or caseine, but no go. Tween-20/PBS - practically no diff Thanx D
