I am trying to optimalize a self-made elisa that detects IgG`s in the supernatant of a particular cell-line. I coat with anti-IgG and develop with GPOD. The Elisa is not bad, but sometimes there is too much background. Can anyone give me some hints to reduce the background values??? Please, mail me. My address is : evkersch at allserv.rug.ac.be
