CLONING LONG RANGE PCR PRODUCTS/PFU treatment

Hello,

Has any one had success blunt end cloning Long Range PCR products. If you
have could you please email the conditions. We are trying to clone 2.0 to
7.0 kb fragments into pUC 18 SmaI site. The LR-PCR products are treated
with Pfu before cloning, has anyone had problems cloning Pfu treated PCR
products.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
