Compilation of Patterns for Signal Sequences?

Does anyone know where I could find
a compilation of patterns for
the sequence tags that target newly synthesized proteins
to various cellular compartments -- e.g. the
KDEL sequence for retention in the ER? It would be 
optimal if this compilation were available in
electronic form, but a book or review article
would be great as well.
