Down syndrom cells

Hallo,

I am interested in oxidative stress, especially induction of
antioxidative enzymes. Because cells from patients with Down syndrom
have an overexpression of enzymes involved in Reactive Oxygen Species
(ROS), they are under permanet oxidative stress, which is one of the
reasons for the symptoms of the disease. Does anyone have cell lines
derived from a patient with Down syndrom and want to supply me with?

 appreciate answers,

Johannes Westendorf
