cyclin inhibitors:species conserved?

Can anyone tell me if a mouse cDNA probe for cyclin inhibitors (i.e. p21, p16,
etc.) will hybridize to the human sequence?  I would like to do a Northern
analysis of a human cell line, and all we have in the lab is the murine cDNA.
