hello, I am interested in growing murine bone-marrow cells in cytokine-conidtioned medium using serum from the same mouse as serum source. Mouse serum seems to be inhibitory, anny suggestions how to improve the quality? Is there anybody selling mouse serum for cell culture use. Thanks for you suggestions.
