I'm experiencing really fuzzy background staining with this assay. I'm using it on spinal cord and brain sections. Although Tunnel positive cells are clear enough, for photography purposes the background is to high. I was wondering if anyone with experience using Tunnel could give me some suggestions how to reduce the background staining. Thanks in advance, Dave
