Hi, everyone:
I am planning to IP a nuclear protein. However, generally IP protocol
suggest to lyse the cell, follow by a low speed spin and use the
supernatant for IP.
My question is:
1) After the lysis, does this low speed spin get rid of the nucleus?
2) Is there a way to retrieve as much nuclear protein as possible
through the lysis?
Thanks in advance.
