Na/K-ATPase and H/K-ATPase both are heterodimers of a catalytic alpha-
and a beta-subunit which seems to work as a kind of scaffold for alpha.
These proteins have definetly been expressed in Xenopus oocytes and in
yeast, I am not sure about E. coli (the beta subunit is a glycoprotein).
