Oncogene activation by diff.localisation??

Hi everyone!
I am looking for references describing oncoprotein activation and
deactivation by altered localisation. The only case I know of is ras:
this oncogen can be deactivated by inhibiting membrane localisation,
(farnesyl-transferase-inhibitors), because ras is only active, when
localised at the inner side of the cell membrane. Are there any other
examples. Any hint (including references) will be appreciated!!
Thank you!
Martin
