Cell-Tak & Adhesive Proteins

I need a consult on preparing cell-tak (or Adhesive Protein from
Sigma).  My application consists of isolated inner-ear hair cells used
for mechanical manipulation and electrophysiology.  I'm having
difficulty adhering the cells to cell-tak treated coverslips and would
love to talk with some veterans (re:protocols and results).  I'd prefer
a response through email.
