Affinity chromatography on colchicine columns has been used for isolation of microtubule proteins. Does anyone know of similar work using a Vinca alkaloid (e.g. vinblastine) or a taxoid (e.g. Taxol) instead of colchicine? I have been unable to find references. Gus Bell Trinity College, Dublin.
