Is there any 'Ask a Biologist' service available?

I've heard about services such as Ask a Chemist and Dr. Math, where you can 
ask experts on the subject about your doubts. Do you know of any Biology-
oriented services of this kind? I'd like to ask about Biology, specially Cell and 
Molecular Biology and Neuroscience?
