p53 in NIH 3T3

I'm interested in the p53 status of NIH 3T3 cells. The impression I get
from reading several things is that in these cells p53 is still wild type,
and that also the response after radiation (expression of p53 target genes
and apoptosis or G1 cell cycle arrest) is still as expected from a normal
p53 respons.

Can anybody confirm this, if possible with reference(s) ?

Thanks in advance.
