cell adhesion to plastic

Does anyone know the adhesion molecules involved in adhering a cell to plastic
(i.e. tissue culture dishes). I have been treating cells with an agent that
makes them come off the plate, but they remain viable. I would like to do
some cell surface staining to see if the expression of adhesion molecules
decreases woth treatment.

Thanks in advance!
