PCR from embrionic fibroblasts.

    Hi there:
    I am having a lot of problems with a PCR of mouse embrionic
fibroblasts. This PCR seems to be very dependent on the quality of the
DNA. I have tried almost all available extraction kits ( Quiamp...) and
it doesn´t work very well. Sometimes it does, sometimes it does not.
Have you had the same problem? Did you solve it... I am nearly
desperated.
    I would thank any suggestions. Hoping to hear about you soon. Thank
