Pulse Chase Experiment

Hi,

I'm looking for a working protocol on Pulse-Chase experiemnt. I'm trying

to investigate the degradation of a protein in my bacteria, Enterococcus

hirae. Most of the protocols I have encountered so far are intended for
eukaryotes. Since I do not have any prior experience in this experiment,

I'll appreciate references or experience from anyone.
