That's like saying, let's cut auto accident death rates by eliminating
automobiles; while he's saying, let's find out how car crashes kill
people and add safety devices like seatbelts.
If you look into it, you'll see that an effective CR diet means more
than just giving up icecream. It apparently involves dedication and
willpower and willingness to make tradeoffs and sacrifices that most
people simply cannot or don't want to make.
