Chicken red blood cells

Dear HSJ

We usually eliminate *most* of the RBC by passsing  the bone marrow 
cells on top of a gradient of Lymphocyte Separation Medium (or any 
approachiing type of viscous solution). Please do not hesitate if you 
need more infos.
