request cryopreservation

The subject of my thesis is  " Cryopreservation of spermatogonical stem
cells ".  Does anybody know which cell of the body resembles this stem
cell most?  Or does anybody has any information about the
nucleus/cytoplasm ratio of the different celtypes of the body.  I'm also
looking for general information books about cryopreservation.

I would be very pleased to get some information!!
