Question about Blood cells

I have been trying to verify something that was told to me
several years age, but as yet have not found any reliable
answers.  If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

Are there blood cells present in sperm?  Are there blood
cells present in an unfertilized egg?

Any references and other comments would be helpful.
