The sequence is very flexible.  The suggested conclusions
of experimentation say that most sequences are rich in
positive charge, mainly from abundance of argenine and form
alpha helices prior to import.  Other evidence shows that
only sequences without any negatively charged amino acids
in the polypeptide are transported.
