sphingolipids labeling using CT-B

Hi,
I am trying without any success to label the membrane of cells using
Cholera toxin B-Rhodamine. I tried Hela, 293T and Jurket T-cell.
I would imagine that the labeling should be straight forward. I am
incubating the cells with the dye (I did series of dilutions), for 10
minutes, and then wash with PBS followed by PFA fixation - however, I
get zero signal.
I would appreciate any help  - if someone has any experience with this
reagent.
