Any reccomended science books for High School?

     Where can I find pamphlets, booklets or books that would be good to
describe various areas of science to High School students?  I am especialy
interested in these topics:

Chemistry;  Biochemistry;  Physics;  Biohphysics;  Biology;
Geology;  and various areas of Engineering


  Are there any professional or well reviewed websites which have good
materials available?  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
