Coenzyme A biosynthesis

Can anyone tell me the concentration of CoA in the endoplasmic reticulum  or
how it gets into the ER?  I have found information on CoA synthesis in the
mitochondria and cytosol but I can't seem to find anything about the ER
concentation. Since CoA is required for lipid metabolism and there is more
and more evidence  that lipid synthesis occurs in the lumen of the ER I
would like to know where the CoA comes from for these reactions.
