I am interested in detecting transferrin, transferrin receptor, and ferritin proteins using a Western, but I need to get antibodies for these proteins. This is my first attempt at a Western, so I am not sure what type of antibody I need or how to efficienctly locate ones that are commercially available. Can anyone help?
