I am trying to detect NO production of human cells. Conventional NO assay protocol (Griess stain) used in murine model is not significant enough to be applied in human model. Does anyone have any good colorimetric approach, please let me know. Anyway, thanks. Ying Yang 870629 at itri.org.tw ---
