Does anyone have a protocol for making a non-enzymatic dissociation solution....I found one that gives all concentrations except EDTA, Glycerol, and sodium citrate. Also, why does a dissociation solution need glycerol and sodium citrate? Please reply to my email and thanks in advance. Janice
