Applications are invited for a tenure-track position at the
assistant/associate professor level (in accordance with University policy,
up to a maximum of three years may count toward tenure) beginning August
2001. Ph.D. required. Applicants should have expertise in confocal
microscopy. Teaching responsibilities will include an introductory course
in cellular and molecular biology, an upper-division course in cell
biology, an upper-division course in the area of expertise, and supervising
undergraduate research. Cover letter addressing teaching philosophy and
research goals, curriculum vitae, and three letters of recommendation
should be submitted to:
