Request for information:

Does anyone have any information on the transfection of suspension culture
cell lines (e.g. HL-60, U937, K562 etc.)  In particular I am interested to
find out if there any difference between the transections efficiency between
suspension culture cells and anchorage dependent cells such as CHO or 3T3.
Are there any transections methods that are particularly effective for
suspension culture cells ? Any input would be greatly appreciated,
