Does annyone know how to get a good membrane staining for unshedded TNF-a? I have a "good specific" antibody, yet cannot get membrane staining. Inhibitors of metalloproteinases (MMPs) are often patented and thus difficult to get...any suggestions ? Thanks a lot Mark ---
