safety: immunocytochemistry with frozen human tissues

As a sometimes protein biochemist, The cold acetone will dehydrate the tissue,,
extract lipids, and denature or precipitate proteins, which
should kill bacteria and virii.   I dont know what will happen to the structure
at the resolution,, not mentioned yu wish to examine sections.. I would expect
significant morphological changes.  Consult your collegues.
