fetal calf and fetal bovine serum

What is the difference between fetal bovine serum (FBS) and fetal calf serum
(FCS)?

Many people say there is no differences between them. But...why many
textbooks/ articles/literatures still referred to both words.
Does it mean they're not exactly the same? Can it be? How?
what species of calf/bovine (whatever it is) is(are) usually used for this
purpose?
