phospholipid isolation

The easiest way  is to extract the total lipids from the pelleted
bacteria by Methanol Chloroform extraction (Bligh & Dyer method, 1959 I
assume) and seperate the afterwards with thin layer chromatography (for
phospholipids in a polar system: aceton,toluene & water i.e.).
Quantification by methylisation of the the fatty acid chains. For method
