uveal melanoma and western blot

hi!

i'm doing work on cellular phones and its relationship with uveal melanoma.
anyone know about a good marker for the disease?  i'm looking at cyclin d1
and the free radical scavengers (SOD, GSH, and metallothioneins) as
possibilities.  am i correct?

i'm planning to do western blot for cyclin d1 detection.  can anyone
recommend a good kit for cyclin d1?
