Is there any special technical tips to do Western Blot (on primary cells extracts) for cell cycle cyclines ? Is there a high sensitivity of cyclines to degradation ? Do cell lysates need to be done with a lysis buffer containing protease inhibitors followed by addition of Sample buffer or or lysed cells directly with Sample Buffer? Thanks a lot!
