[Cell-biology] any tissue with HGPRT and xanthine oxidase

hello!
i have this problem. Do you have an idea on how to check whether a
particular cell line bears some particlar enyzme. for eg. i wish to
know whether a cell line HL-60 or jarkat cell line has HGPRT and
Xanthine oxidase. Or can u suggest any particular tissue which has both
HGPRT and xanthine oxidase?
suggest. any literature survey can help?
